Do you find it challenging to set boundaries and consider your needs?

Show Up for Yourself examines how issues such as past trauma, adult attachment styles, and high sensitivity can impact your ability to navigate conflict and stay grounded, even when you know you’re doing the right thing.

Through engaging stories that span the bedroom and the conference room, I help you navigate your pathway to solid ground, where you can act on your interests rather than giving up and putting others’ needs first too quickly.

  • Communicate what is important to you.
  • Set clear boundaries.
  • Manage guilt around saying “no.”
  • Effectively navigate your negative self-talk.

Informed by deep research and professional and personal experience, Show Up for Yourself will empower you to be assertive and act bravely by putting yourself into the equation.
